The (TEO) Household Review
Before we begin any ongoing support, we conduct a one-off Comprehensive Household Review. For a fixed fee of £150, TEO will spend 2-3 hours with you (or your relative) to review all utility providers, insurance policies, subscription services .
The Outcome: You receive your personalized TEO Action Binder, a clear map of your upcoming renewals, and an immediate 'Quick Win' report on where you can save money. From here, you can choose to manage things yourself or move onto one of our monthly support levels.
Focus: Removing "Admin Anxiety" - Stopping Overspend - Tech Issues
The Base Service (Remote): £40 – £75 / month
Comprehensive Digital Monitoring: We monitor your Gas, Electric, Water, Mobile, and Broadband portals, plus Home and Car insurance and Subscription services. We ensure no "stealth" price hikes occur.
Market Watch: We track all renewal dates (including MOT & Road Tax) to prevent "loyalty penalties" and ensure you are always on the best available plan.
The Quarterly Snapshot: Every three months, you receive a clear, printed summary of all household costs and upcoming renewals.
Always Reachable: Catch-ups via Phone or WhatsApp Video Call to keep you updated.
Focus: In-Person —Paperwork Management — Hands-On Logistical & Tech Support
The "Plus" Element (In-Person): £120 – £150 / month
Everything in the Base Service, PLUS:
Monthly In-Person Visits: 60-minutes per month of catch-up, planning and admin time at your home to sort through issues, mail or ideas and update your household binder.
Medical Logistics: We handle the administrative side of your healthcare. We can book appointments, arrange private transport, and ensure your medical records are organized and accessible.
Digital Troubleshooting: In-person help with WiFi "dead zones," iPad/Printer updates, or resolving "locked out" accounts.
Focus: Managing the Home Environment - Direct Trade Liaison - Physical order
The Monthly Service: £175 – £350 / month
Everything in Level 1 Plus, AND:
Weekly In-Person Visits: 120-150 minutes per month of catch-up, planning and admin time at your home to sort through issues, mail or ideas and update your household binder.
Trades & Staff Liaison: We act as the professional point of contact for your gardener, cleaner, or private care agencies. We vet new trades, gather quotes, and handle the "niggles."
Project Oversight: From booking a boiler service to getting three quotes for a new fence, we manage the logistics from start to finish.
Secure Keyholding: We can meet deliveries or trades at the house, so you don't have to wait in for "four-hour windows."
Focus: Professional Advocacy - Medical Liaison - Family Proxy - 'Chief-of-Staff'
The Premium Service: £750 – £1,100 / month
Everything in Level 2, AND:
Tri-Weekly "Command" Visits: Consistent, tri-weekly in-person support to ensure no detail is missed during complex transitions.
Medical Advocacy: We attend Consultant or GP appointments with you as an objective observer. We take professional notes to ensure instructions are clear for you and your family.
Care Team Liaison: We act as the professional bridge with private care agencies, monitoring logs and ensuring the "Standard of Care" matches your preferences.
Emergency Blueprinting: We act as your "First Responder," maintaining a secure record for emergency services so the right info is always ready.
Level 1 - Who is this for?
