My career was built leading global Business Intelligence, Data and Technology teams—roles defined by managing professional client and 3rd-party relationships, practical hands-on leadership, navigating and understanding technology, and a search for elegant simplicity.

The Elmbridge Office (TEO) started much closer to home, as a response to the reality of how this modern pace of change affected my relatives, friends, and neighbours where I grew up and raised my family, in Weybridge.

Helping those around me navigate this world, I have seen how the shift to ‘digital-only’ services has created a constant pressure. Evolving technology often replaces human contact with automated scripts and faceless interfaces, while the hum of administrative tasks continues to grow. This shift can create a sense of lost control for people who have spent their lives being fiercely independent, or who are trying to juggle busy professional and family with a home. Modern life has become unnecessarily noisy, fragmented, and hard to stay on top of.

I founded TEO to act as a trusted bridge—a private office where tasks, projects, and ongoing oversight can be discreetly delegated.
