These Terms of Service outline how we work together. My goal is to provide a helpful, professional, and transparent service for your household.
The Elmbridge Office (TEO) provides administrative assistance, technical support, and household organization. We act as your professional assistant.
What we do: We help with the six pillars described on our website (Bills, Tech, NHS App, Internet, Logistics, and Organization).
What we don't do: We do not provide regulated financial, legal, or medical advice. We do not perform physical home repairs or manual labor.
Discretion: We treat your household affairs with total confidentiality.
Access: We only access your accounts or personal technology with your permission and, where possible, in your presence.
Security: We will never ask you to share your banking passwords or PINs.
Ad-Hoc Work: Charged at our current hourly rate, billed upon completion.
Retainers: Monthly stewardship fees are payable in advance on the 1st of each month.
Expenses: Any third-party costs (e.g., buying a new router or paying a utility bill) are your responsibility. We do not pay these on your behalf using our own funds.
Flexibility: You can cancel an ad-hoc visit with 24 hours' notice.
Retainer Peace of Mind: You can cancel a monthly stewardship plan at any time with one month's notice. We believe our service should be a help, not a burden.
While we strive for 10/10 service, TEO is not liable for the actions of third-party providers (e.g., a utility company making a billing error or a courier losing a parcel). We are here to help you resolve these issues, but we do not control the external companies.
